1. Introduction
Welcome to Jebbo! The Jebbo Discord Bot ("Jebbo," "the Bot") is designed to enhance your Discord experience with various features and functionalities. By using Jebbo, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and any future updates or changes to the Terms.
2. Use of the Bot
2.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Jebbo. If you are under the age of 13, you are not permitted to use the Bot same as Discord's Terms of Service.
2.2 License
Jebbo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Bot for non-commercial purposes solely within Discord in compliance with these Terms.
2.3 Privacy
You agree not to use Jebbo for any unlawful, abusive, harmful, or inappropriate purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, spamming, harassment, distribution of explicit content, or any other behavior that violates Discord's Terms of Service or community guidelines.
2.4 Third-Party Services
Jebbo may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or security of these third-party services. Your use of any third-party services is at your own risk.
3. Content and Behavior
3.1 User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you generate, transmit, or share through Jebbo. Ensure that any content you use with Jebbo complies with applicable laws and respects the rights of others.
3.2 Updates
Jebbo may update or modify the Bot and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Jebbo after any changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
4. Payments & Refunds
4.1 Premium Purchase
Jebbo Premium is a one-time digital purchase. By completing your purchase you acknowledge that you are buying a digital service.
4.2 Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of Jebbo Premium, refunds are only available within 24 hours of purchase and only if the premium features are not functioning as described. No refunds will be issued after 24 hours or if premium features have been actively used.
4.3 Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us will result in immediate removal of premium access and may result in a permanent ban from using Jebbo.
4.4 Contact for Refunds
Before initiating any dispute, please contact us via our support server at discord.gg/PAHFZSTdRB and we will resolve any issues within 24 hours.
5. Availability & Uptime
5.1 No Uptime Guarantee
Jebbo does not guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted access to the Bot or its features. The Bot may experience downtime due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues beyond our control.
5.2 Scheduled Maintenance
We may occasionally take the Bot offline for maintenance or updates. We will attempt to notify users in advance via our support server at discord.gg/PAHFZSTdRB where possible.
5.3 No Refunds for Downtime
Temporary outages or periods of downtime do not qualify for refunds. If you experience a prolonged outage affecting premium features, please contact us via our support server before initiating any dispute.
