This Privacy Policy explains how Jebbo ("we", "our", "the Bot") collects, uses, and stores data when you use the Jebbo Discord Bot. By using Jebbo, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2.1 User Data
When you interact with Jebbo, we may collect the following:
- Discord User ID
- Username and discriminator
- XP and level data
- Command usage history
- AFK status and messages
- Moderation case history
2.2 Server Data
When Jebbo is added to a server, we may collect:
- Discord Server (Guild) ID
- Server name and member count
- Channel and role IDs used for bot configuration
- Custom prefix settings
- Premium status
2.3 Payment Data
Payments for Jebbo Premium are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details or payment information. We only store your Discord Server ID to grant premium access. Stripe's privacy policy applies to all payment transactions.
3. How We Use Your Data
3.1 Bot Functionality
Data collected is used solely to provide and improve Jebbo's features, including moderation tools, leveling systems, games, and server management.
3.2 We Do Not
- Sell your data to third parties
- Use your data for advertising
- Share your data with anyone outside of what is required to operate the Bot
4. Data Retention
4.1 Active Data
We retain data for as long as Jebbo is in your server or you are an active user. This includes XP, level data, and server configuration.
4.2 Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us via our support server. When Jebbo is removed from a server, server configuration data may be deleted after 30 days.
5. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Children's Privacy
Jebbo is not intended for users under the age of 13, in line with Discord's Terms of Service. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have collected data from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of Jebbo after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. We will notify users of significant changes via our support server.
